Curried Vegetables with Golden Coconut Rice

A super simple but delicious dish!  The Rice is brown rice cooked in 2/3 water and 1/3 coconut milk.  When done, mix in a generous amount of Turmuric, some salt and pepper.  The veggies are sauteed with coconut milk and a custom blend of curry powders.
