Fresh Crimini and Oyster mushrooms sauteed with peppers, scallions and fresh basil, in garlic oil, wine and balsamic vinegar…..with a little sweet balsamic glaze and raw cashew cream cheese mixed in.  To keep the meal light and healthy, it’s served on a bed of raw cauliflower rice….perfect combination!
